Introduction

In these Terms of Use, a reference to “we”, “our” or “us” means Print Kitchen Pty Ltd, 36 601 510 776. A reference to “you” or “your” in these Terms is a reference to any person, accessing, viewing or using this website located at www.printkitchen.com.au (“the Website”).

Your use of the website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Print Kitchen Pty Ltd reserves it right to modify, update or otherwise change these Terms & Conditions without notice.

Printing & Delivery Times

Printed products are printed & delivered within 3-10 business days once:

  • Receiving artwork approval from you;
  • Receiving full payment from you.

We will provide an ETA on delivery once artwork and payment and approved and finalised.

Delivery time frames may change from time to time for reasons outside of our control including during peak times (e.g. Christmas, Easter) or due to public holidays. We will notify as soon as possible if we anticipate changes to the delivery times.

Print Kitchen Pty Ltd engages third party courier(s) and/or freight companies for the delivery of printed products. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday during business hours. We will provide your information including your name, business name, delivery address and contact number to these third parties for the sole purpose of delivering your printed product(s). We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

Print Kitchen Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials later than the estimated delivery date.

If you are not satisfied with your printed products you must notify us directly within 3 business days of receiving the products. We will address and attempt to resolve complaints in an appropriate manner.

Limitation of liability

Print Kitchen Pty Ltd, its Directors, employees, suppliers or service providers are not liable for any loss, corruption, delay, inclusion, omission, misinformation, breach of copyright or trademark, other direct or indirect errors or damages , or failure to provide printed products, printing services or delivery services resulting from:

  • your acts, failures, errors, provision of incorrect information or omissions;
  • acts, omissions or errors of any person or entity or third party service provider other than Print Kitchen Pty Ltd;
  • your breach of the Terms and Conditions;

Intellectual Property

The Website contains intellectual property including including, without limitation, information, data, software, photographs, graphs, typefaces, graphics, images, illustrations, maps, designs, logos, icons, written and other material and compilations trademarks, confidential information and copyright, together with any goodwill or reputation and intellectual property rights subsisting in those things.

All content on the Website is owned by Print Kitchen or third parties, and unless permitted by law, you must not copy, reproduce, transmit, display or otherwise distribute any of that intellectual property in whole or in part without our prior written consent.

  • You acknowledge that all content, designs, artwork files and working files we use or create are the property of Print Kitchen Pty Ltd
  • We reserve the right to use designs, artwork or printed samples of your printed products.

Content of the Website

We attempt to keep the Content of the Website up to date. However, we do not warrant the accuracy or currency of the Content.

  • You acknowledge that the Content on the Website is subject to change at any time.
  • All prices quoted on the Website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise indicated.
  • Prices quoted on the Website should be used as a guide only as they may change from time to time and without notice.

If you consider any Content that has been posted to the Website is offensive, unsuitable or inaccurate, please email us at hello@printkitchen.com.au with a link to the relevant Content and your reasons for objecting to it. We will review your complaint and determine whether the Content should be removed at our sole discretion.

We collect personal information where it is reasonably necessary for or directly related to the services, products that Print Kitchen provides.  The information we may collect includes: name, phone number, email address, business address or business registration information or other information you provide to us. We may collect this information via contact forms of live chat widgets on the Website or by your provision of this information to us.

We may share your information with third parties if it is reasonably necessary to do so to fulfill or provide our services or products including; sharing with courier services or delivery companies, sharing with our commercial partners, factories or agents.

These terms and conditions and any contract, agreement, sale or purchase to which they apply shall be governed by the laws of Victoria and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
